In that email you will get a link to fill in the choices for your flavours. You can choose from all the flavours of your diet type (Standard, Athletic, or Vegan). You can also add a few Limited Edition bags.

We will confirm the order within 24 hours (usually before the day’s end), and you will receive the tracking link as normal.

Delicious! Ok, we might be a bit biased here. Our shakes have been described as very smooth, creamy, and full of flavour. Each flavour is different. Most people order all flavours in the first order, and then stick to 3 or 4 favourite ones. You can possibly also taste the oats and soy a little bit.

We process and pack your order promptly, so changes or cancellations usually can’t be made. This includes swapping products, changing the delivery address, or modifying payment methods.

If something went wrong (e.g. an old address), you can return any unwanted items for a refund once received.

But, you will have to order one after another. This will make sure that each order is separate (and we can ship them out whenever you select the flavours for that order.

We just decided to offer a slightly lowered amount of shakes for each season.

This is because we’re sure your quarter will have some moments when you can’t, or don’t want, to eat two meals of Queal.
Think of a destination wedding, a holiday weekend with family, or a city-trip to Paris or something.
This’ll give you a week or two wiggle room for those moments!

Queal helps you get the most out of your day. We do that by providing you with a meal that has 100% of the RDA/RI of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients.

It’s ridiculously easy to prepare and can be taken anywhere.

You can store Queal for a long time.

It is also environmentally friendly because no food gets wasted at home or during production, and Queal doesn’t contain meat or other high-intensity ingredients.

Finally, it’s 2 to 10x cheaper than the (take-out/fast-food) meals Queal replaces.

That is completely up to you. It is safe to replace all three meals with Queal and drink it 3 times a day, as there are no known health risks.

If you don’t want to replace all your meals with Queal, you can just replace your breakfast to save time.

Yes. It is completely safe and normal to use Queal next to your traditional meals.

The best-before date is 12 months, but Queal should last at least 24 months when unopened and stored in a cool, dark, and dry place.

If the bag is opened in a dry place, the best-before date doesn’t change. Just be sure to close the bag again properly!

If mixed with water Queal is good for several hours at room temperature and a day and a half in the fridge.

Compared to eating a meat-based diet, Queal is much more sustainable. Most ingredients are sourced in The Netherlands or neighbouring countries.
