Are the shakers free of charge?
Yes, we provide a free Queal shaker with your first order or along with a Taste Tester. You’ll randomly receive a teal or orange version. But when you’d like to receive customised orders, you can add a shaker of your choice to that order!
Can I get a refund when the shaker is broken?
Of course, we’d hate it if you couldn’t use our shaker anymore. Email us at [email protected], and we’ll work something out!
Do the shakers have a measurement scale?
Yes, they do! The Queal shakers have an ml en oz scale on either side.
Are the shakers BPA-free?
Yes, all the shakers are BPA free.
