The combination of Funky Forest Fruit Queal and banana tasted really interesting. Both tastes worked very well with each other and created a very distinctive fruity taste. The texture was smooth and the drinking experience was pleasant because of the juicy taste created by this combination of fruits. Definitely a recommendation for everyone who likes the taste of fresh fruit!

Banana Pancakes

Making pancakes with Queal is just awesome! Some people miss the bite you get from traditional food; this solves this problem and others. Of course it does involve some cooking, but it doesn’t take more than 10-15 minutes. This time we added chunks of banana to the mix, and its great!

Making pancakes with Queal is just as easy as making pancakes with normal batter. This is because Queal contains soy flour. The only difference is consistency, so please be very careful when flipping your pancake!

Tinkering Thursday Banana Pancakes 3With that out of the way, let’s talk about the taste. It’s really great! Baking with Queal (also see Shortbread Cookies & Queal Pancakes) preserves the flavour of your choice, and makes it even more distinct. We used Cool Chocolate Queal and this mixed with Banana is great.

Baking with Queal takes little time and creates a whole new experience. Try out some flavours and get your cooking game on!

Wow, this turned out great! The fresh apples really added to the taste and texture, while substituting Queal for flour tasted awesome. We would have liked more of a crunchy surface on top, but it didn’t negatively affect the taste. We are loving baking with Queal!

We really recommend this recipe for anyone who loves a tasty breakfast or desert.

Tinkering Thursday Brownie 2Results

The end result was really remarkable! Our brownie was crunchy on the outside and really soft and juicy inside. It smelled so good that our colleagues couldn’t resist and ran straight to the kitchen to have a bite. Just a few seconds after I took the picture the brownie was almost gone! It was also quite surprising that after eating two pieces I was completely full (probably because the whole thing had 2748 calories). I have to admit, it was the most filling brownie I’ve ever eaten!
